Sign in to see what you are subscribed to, cancel a subscription, or permanently delete your account and everything stored with it.

Delete some of your data
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove things from it. Each of these is done in the app, takes effect immediately, and deletes the data from our servers rather than hiding it:
- Delete a schema — removes it, every node, agent, service and connection in it, and its stored snapshot.
- Delete an agent — removes it and the record of everything it did.
- Delete a service, or replace its credential — the stored key is destroyed, not disabled. We keep no copy and cannot read it back.
- Stop receiving on a service's incoming address — the address stops working and its signing secret is destroyed.
- Stop sharing a schema, or remove someone from it — they lose access at once.
- Sign out of all devices — ends every session other than the one you are using.
If you would rather we did any of this for you, or you want something removed that is not listed here, email cryptobees@gmail.com from your account address and we will action it.
Delete your account
This cannot be undone. Your account, your schemas and their snapshots, your agents and what they recorded, your services and the credentials stored for them, and your settings are all permanently deleted. You will be signed out everywhere.
Deleted immediately: your profile and sign-in, your cloud schemas and their snapshots, your agents and their run history, your services and the credentials stored for them, your usage and entitlement records, and your settings. Nothing is recoverable afterwards.
Kept: an anonymised record of past transactions, retained for seven years because tax and accounting law requires it, then deleted. It holds no personal details and is not linked to you — only the transaction itself, so a charge can be reconciled if an authority asks.
