SchemAgentic is available as a free version on all supported platforms, with the whole canvas and no time limit. We strongly encourage you to use it for as long as you need to confirm that SchemAgentic meets your requirements before subscribing.

Subscriptions

Pro is offered as a recurring subscription, monthly or yearly. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. When a subscription renews, the payment method on file is charged the then-current price for the applicable plan.

You may cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your cloud schemas are then disconnected rather than deleted — see our Terms.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us as soon as possible. We consider requests case by case, including:

What a refund does not cover. Money spent by a service you connected — a payment an agent made with your approval, or fees billed by a third-party API — is between you and that provider. We cannot refund it, which is why a payments service does nothing until you set a spending limit.
